湖南军粮集团有限责任公司(以下简称军粮集团)成立于2011年12月，是天下洞庭粮油集团所属二级企业。
军粮集团位于长沙市湘江中路一段6号，注册资本5000万元，目前下辖2个全资子公司和1个控股子公司。主要业务包括军供粮油综合配送、储备粮油收购保管、应急保障、连锁经营、种养殖等。总仓储量5.5万吨，大米年加工能力3万吨，种养殖面积150亩，拥有4层低温成品库。
军粮集团成立以来，按照以兵为本、平战结合、质量优良、反应迅速、保障有力的发展思路，向着军粮综合配送、国防动员、应急保障、放心粮油、原粮及成品粮储备、主食产业化“六位一体”深度推进，在筹集支援青海玉树地震粮油、郴州冰灾、吉首集资案处置、抗洪救灾等多次应急处突时保障粮油食品供应中表现突出，获得了省委、省政府好评，也取得了较好的经济效益和社会效益。
